Hey Mark, thanks for excepting my invite! My name is Carmella and I'm reaching out to you from Brooklyn, NY. Currently, I am teaching a 3rd grade in a NYC public school. This is my fourth year teaching 3rd grade but this year my setting has changed. My co-teacher and I are in an inclusive classroom with 26 students, 11 of these students have I.E.P (individual educational plans). I am interested in knowing about your experiences being an educator. I just read an article by Mindy Fattig and her approach on differentiated instruction in an inclusive classroom. This has been a new focus for Public Schools. I am excited to hear from you and about your experiences!! Hope all is well!!!
