I've been married for 18 years and I have three daughters. I am a native of Panama, and very proud of it. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember so I am very happy to see my dream realized.

What is your favorite food?

Thai food is my favorite food

What is your favorite type of music? Who is your favorite musician?

I enjoy lots of different types of music. I think the only type that I can enjoy at any time is jazz.

What is your favorite place? why?

Panama is my favorite place because it's tropical, but most of all I feel very connected.

What is your favorite holiday? why?

My favorite holiday is Easter. It used to be Christmas but now I just associate Christmas with stress.

I teach fourth grade.

What would you advise others about teaching?

As a teacher you're always a student. Make some time for lots of professional development.
