Ms. Sandy has a class of students. Some of them are gifted learners, some of them are on-level, and some have disabilities. She teaches all of her students the same way without differentiating instruction or structuring it to fit the students needs.

Mr. Rollins class has the same demographic of students. He does differentiate his instruction and makes sure that all students have proper access to the curriculum.

All students are different and should be taught that way.........................that's not my proverb but it goes along with it!!
